Our departing flight from Tokyo was delayed and, as a result JAL staff took the following measures:
- All passengers in our group were moved to the front of the plane to ensure we disembarked first.
- JAL Staff immediately informed us of the baggage carousel number at the arrival gate.
- The same JAL staff member met us at the baggage carousel to check on progress, then personally picked up an oversize bag from a different area and brought it to us.
- We were escorted to the connecting flight baggage check in to confirm our connection.
Simply the best airline you could ever choose.
