I've chosen A.S. for over 10 years because they demonstrate consistency from the counter sales, sales team, management, and office staff - prices don't change depending on who you talk to, they aren't competing with each other or other branches, rather they are making sure you get what you need as efficiently as possible.
A.S. also has shown competency. Getting the right parts for the job saves time and helps get the job done right. Also, since you are dealing with a team, if someone doesn't know the answer you are looking for, they will be able to find out quickly for you.
Finally, it's obvious that A.S. cares. While they have developed a great online ordering tool (fast lane portal), saving lots of time, especially through this covid-19 pandemic. But it's obvious they aren't just about getting you in, out, and gone. They care about their clients and the work that we do as well.
