This is the only place in Richmond to have a choice of non asian & asian attendants. This place is open 365 days a year even on Christmas. The boss has not raised the the 30 min price in 5 years, Good value. Sometimes it gets super busy though so don't be surprised if your favourite attendant is booked. If you want a great time make sure to TIP $$ your attendant *before* the service commences if you catch my drift. ;) Friendly asian boss who can speak in Mandarin & some staff offer different languages as well. Oh and there's a good amount of parking in the back which is always important along with the discreet back door entrance. There's a shower in every room along with full size beds. Some have washrooms too although one of the toilets is broken so it's best to use the main bathroom. They also offer cold or hot water. I will return again and again whenever I'm in Richmond.

Very reasonable price. The massage technique of the technician is very good. But this is not a 5-star hotel. Don't judge the service here by the environment.
