better care came on the weekend to take a look at my over the range microwave, And determined that it’s not worth the repair. They recommend a replacement option. The price was good, so I approved the job. They came few days later replaced it and took the old one. Good and fast service

We are so happy with better care!! After a long debate we have decided to repair the machine instead of replacing it, after looking at their reviews, We decided to give them a try. Alex came on time and was super nice and friendly and the most important thing very knowledgeable. He told us that the Motor is damaged. Alex came back the next day with a new motor and tested everything before he left. Happy laundry day :-)

I’ve used Better Care for a different appliance before and was pleased with the service so I called them again when my dishwasher stopped draining and started smelling. Alex came same day, and fixed it in a timely manner. He took extra care to clean up the space afterwards which I really appreciate. This company gives great service!

My Viking range died 2 days prior to a birthday party that I was planning for about 2 months. it was at around 5pm, I've called a few companies with no luck, I found better care online, Alex answered and he was at my house shortly after 7pm, 2 igniters had to be replaced. the price was reasonable. I was really impressed by the speedy service. thank you! you have a new customer

I’ve called 4 different companies they couldn’t help. My friend recommend better care, Omri came on time, he was very polite and attentive. The fridge had many issues so we decided to buy a new unit. I will definitely call you guys again. Thank you !!!
