I have traveled with BA several time in the last few years primarily for trips to India. My experience with the airline have been average and I had not felt the need to write a review.
However, this time it was different and I think BA deserves a "Thank you" from me.
On October 28, I took BA 085 from Heathrow and reached my destination quite fine. And, while unpacking at home, I realized that I had left my Amazon Kindle e-reader on board. But it was quite late to call BA at that time.
I called BA the next day and described my situation to the person at the other end of the line. Well, she was quite business like and asked me a few questions and then said "Yes, we got it". I was quite pleasantly surprised eventhough I was hoping to hear that answer. It is because, we often do not find the things we lose. I thought well - this is an honest caring bunch. I was really happy and felt proud of BA.
To make my story short, I made an appointment and picked up my Kindle from the BA office at the YVR airport.
