(August 4, 2018, 6:02 pm)Wow. Absolutely amazing airline, and amazing staff. I have had such a crazy morning with flights being delayed, Vancouver Airport Staff giving me wrong directions.. it was not until I walked into the South Terminal where I was finally at peace and relaxed! My AMAZING Shuffle Driver named Robert reassured me and made sure to get me to my terminal on time. He gave me their number to let them know that I was on the way, and to hold for me! Such welcoming, and understanding staff whom made my stressful day go away. Amazing
