Coastal Sleep - Sleep Apnea Clinics

Coastal Sleep in Richmond, BC has a receptionist that is beyond remarkable! Carmen is now and has always been fabulous. She is professional and friendly and efficient all at the same time. I had a few issues with my machine and she was on the problem in no time. Actually I had forgotten how to assemble part of my machine...she was kind and informative at the same time not letting me know that I was the one in trouble not my machine LOL. I have had only good experiences since I became associated with this Coastal Sleep shop multiple years ago. I am on my second machine. Just thought you people needed to know how great Carmen is, thank you for listening to my ramblings!

I have been hesitant to investigate sleep apnea because didn't like idea of wearing mask at night, even though have not had decent sleep in years;
Always woke up tired. My doctor insisted I go to clinic & was surprised that I could do testing at home. After first night, I woke up feeling more alert. Oxygen levels improved & was able to sleep longer. It has improved my life ! Very grateful to staff & therapists for all their kind care.

Hello. After obtaining a referral from my physician, who had set me up with another sleep apnea clinic, I instead followed my wife's recommendation (based on her experience with Coastal Sleep) and contacted Coastal Sleep in Richmond. They have been very professional and accommodating. I am aware that some people have not been able to adapt to using a cpap machine, but I have, under Ray Huang's guidance, along with my wife's coaching. I now have more energy, require less sleep, and am not grinding my teeth much. It has been life-improving and I am very grateful.

I worked with Ray and he was great and understanding. I highly recommend him as he is patient and kind. He helped me get adjusted and whenever I have questions, I can easily send him an email and he is able to provide quick responses.

Ray Huang was so patient with me. It took me a month but he gave me different tips to trick my mindset to get me adjusted, and overnight it clicked. It’s really a matter of getting used to the therapy and the machine really gets to know your breathing patterns and ensures you get a good straight night sleep.
