We had main drain pipe leak on Friday. Called Encano Plumbing after we had trouble to find someone on this Good Friday long weekend. Ed came over after the call, identified the problem and provided fix options and prices. Good customer service!

He came the next morning (Saturday morning) to replace our old pipes and fittings. We had a very tight space to work on, and needed to open the drop ceiling to reach upstairs drain pipe from the bath tab. He removed old copper pipes quickly by using his power tools. And replace it with PVC pipes. Now we have the new drain pipes in place.

We are glad to see our new drain pipe done by Ed.

Ed did a good job! He also is a great person to meet, He is polite, knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Thanks Ed!

We really appreciate the advice we received from Eddie as we tried to fix our plugged kitchen sink. We gave it our best shot but needed professional help. Eddie came out and fixed it quickly. He also taught us how to repair the problem ourselves if it happens again.

Eddie is a wonderful person and a professional tradesman . He was a great pleasure to meet and honestly reached out in the kindest way. He repaired and installed the new toilet installation parts. Being a senior is difficult and he was more than kind to reduce the bill. He was very careful and cautious to ensure that the COVID protocol .was followed. He is respectful , honest and caring.. He left no mess behind and left the area very clean. . I am so pleased to write this review.
