Golf Town

I came to Golf Town Richmond last week looking to just shop around and see what's new. All the staff were kind and respected social distancing. One of the associates, Nathan, was super professional and kind to me. He greeted me, asked how my day was, worked efficiently, and answered any questions I had (something a good, proper customer service rep should do). Refreshing to see, great job Richmond!

I have a 20 year old set of Big Berthas, I was shamed into buying a new more modern driver by the guys I was playing with so I went to Golf Town. The salesman set me up with a few different drivers and I hit away, not getting the results i was looking for I was told to bring in my Big Bertha. After hitting a few the salesman said that I should keep what I had. He was either being very honest or might have thought I was too pitiful and didn't have the heart to sell me something that wouldn't help me. I believe the former, great place great selection honest salesman.

Been going to this store for 16 years now. Bought my first clubs here (Cleveland CG4) and never looked back. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Seen people who work there come and go. Some have even started their own thing but the service has remained the exceptional. Just bought new clubs and bad again recently and slowly starting to piece out new bag together. I know I can count on the guys at Golf town to see that vision through. Keep up the excellent service and dedication to you loyal customers.
