I’ve never ridden a motorcycle before, so taking a coarse was important to me as I wanted to learn as much as possible to stay safe on the road. Carol is very experienced and extremely informative. Not only did she teach us the Icbc curriculum but also a lot of everyday extra life skills on a bike that you just won’t find in a book. She made learning fun in a safe environment. She also makes everyone feel very comfortable in her class, as being a new rider it can be very nerve racking and intimidating. She is very calming for those who are feeling nervous and she takes the time to help each individual overcome any issues they may have. If you want to learn to ride I highly recommend taking one of Carol’s classes. I know I’m sending anyone who asks me about riding her way. It was an all around amazing experience. I can’t say enough good stuff about Carol and her Hella Rider lessons.

Carol was such a great instructor, and really made me feel confident on the bike. She has a great approach to teaching, making sure you get all the important information and are operating safely, but still having a fun time while you’re doing it!
