James is hands down the best realtor we had. He is highly professional and attentive. We are buying from out of province and only had a few days in Vancouver to look at places. James was very accommodating to our schedule and arranged for a great list of viewings during our stay, some on very short notice. He is an excellent communicator who always responded quickly to our questions and helped facilitate any issues we had with the seller. He helped us buy our dream house and the purchase went very smoothly because of his hard work. There was an issue with our mortgage at one point and he even recommended a mortgage broker who solved the problem! He also helped arrange repairs of the property on his own time since we weren’t there in person. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a sincere, trustworthy realtor in the greater vancouver area.

James was our realtor when we bought our house and it was an excellent experience. He recommended to us a very thorough and detailed inspector and multiple defects were identified during the home inspection. James then spent a lot of time ensuring they all got fixed. Even after the keys were handed to us and he got his commission, he still followed up with us and made sure the seller would address a couple left over problems.
