Love their food here. It's amazing. But sometimes it will be slow on peak hours like lunch time. Call to make an order before arriving will be advisable

Good option for a Katsu meal in Richmond. They have many options and each one of them are equally delicious. Since my experience is many on the takeout front, it might have sourced some of the full tasty notes compared to in the restaurant.

Absolutely amazing. Tender chicken, crispy breading, salad dressing out of this world and palette of flavour enhancers, enhanced. Incredible. Miso soup with extra fixings of pork and carrots and radish. Wow! Must visit. Highlight of Richmond.

I never leave a review but I had to leave this review after my visit to Katsu San. It was an excellent eating experience! Everything we ate was fresh and DELICIOUS! The crisp and the tenderness of the katsu was above beyond.

Another thing was the service! Every single employee was friendly and was greeted with a big, cheerful Hello. Also, from all the kitchen staff! Even though the restaurant seemed super busy, the server still came and checked up on us. She also kindly explained all the dishes! Everyone was polite with a smile on their face! There are shields behind each table, and servers work hard in sanitizing! I felt safe eating when I saw how they clean the tables! Super detailed cleaning. They even sanitized the doorknobs and everyone wore a mask. I am for sure coming back to this place! Highly recommend this place!! I've been to Saku a couple of times, but to be 100% honest, Katsu San is 200% better in any way!

Honestly one of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant. The food was delicious and fairly priced. What blew me away the most was the fantastic customer service we had received. We felt so happy and like a long time friend at this place. Waiters were very friendly and served us with a smile. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back when I’m in BC.
