I am a new customer for Lao Feng Xia Jewelry Richmond Location.
My experience with customer service rep ( Allan Chiu) is wonderful.
I appreciate him to taking time to show me all the charms the store carries with a patient attitude and soft-spoken voice.
I appreciate him helping me to design how to make my bracelet look prettier.
After Allan handle a few charms for me, he knows what kind of taste I have and what kind of taste my friend has.
This is so wonderful.
More and not the least is he is not a pushy customer service rep. He understands what a customer is looking for and he always does his very best to assist the customer. If he does not have the items that customer is looking for, he will always tell the truth to the customer and notify the customer if the new shipment arrives.
I need to say now I will always tell my friends to see Allan at Lao Feng Xia Jewelry Richmond Store if they need jewelry for gifts.

I have second thoughts on hollow jewelry

Went to view their Jewlery many times and never made a purchase. First time we went into this location the sales woman was very nice and sweet. Second time, it was ok, Third time met Lucy!
She went out of her way to really let me know that something was better, but she never pressured me, she was brave, she listened to what I was looking for and she pulled something that wasn’t on display. I didn’t like it at first, but she put it together to show me and suddenly, it was like a wedding dress, this is the one! I felt it. I see it, I like it, I want it, I got it. And I paid for it not my husband. Thank you very much.
Just what I wanted, a masculine chain, the dragons flying to the moon flower. Like me strong yet delicate lol
Completed the 24k mission. Would’ve loved to spent the 10k with them if prices on labour wasn’t so high for certain pieces. I made the purchase mainly because Lucy made me feel very positive and that reflects onto the energy of my piece of jewelry.
