We highly recommend this company. We are a small 4-unit self managed strata. Our sidewalks are 35 years old and in certain areas had settled or been raised by roots. We contacted three companies for estimates. Level Best was the most user friendly to deal with and for our small job was the best value. All the company personnel were responsive to our concerns. Rhiannon was our first contact at reception and she handled all the scheduling and administrative details. She ensured our time requirements were met even though there were weather challenges due to the time of year. Reinhard who conducted the site visit and quoted the project understood our concerns and offered solutions that left us confident that Level Best would ensure that tripping hazards would be eliminated by their technicians. The technicians Dave & Jhonnel were careful with our landscaping and took the time to ensure that the work was completed to our satisfaction. Level Best met our needs at a fair price and the process from start to finish was low stress. The hand written follow-up thank you note from Reinhard was a personal touch that left us with the impression that they appreciated our business and that even though we were a small job we were valued customers.

Over time, our house has settled resulting in some shifting of sidewalks and the movement of the basement slab relative to the footings. We looked into a variety of options to fix both and opted to use the services of Level Best. Reinhardt explained the process in detail when he provided the estimate and it seemed like the simplest and easiest approach to take, especially when compared with a more traditional approach that involved jackhammers and yards of concrete poured by hand.

It did take longer than we expected to book the job, but we understand that many people have taken on home renovations during COVID so it wasn't that much of a surprise.

Dave and Jay did the work. They were both friendly and professional and created a feeling that they valued our business. The work was completed within a day and before leaving, Dave and Jay ensured that everything was cleaned up and we were happy with the results. They did run into a couple of problems outside of their control, but discussed the options and allowed us to decide on the best course of action. The results outside aren't perfect, but are a noticeable improvement and we are satisfied with the outcome. The results inside are amazingly good. We are overall quite happy and would gladly recommend Level Best Concrete Lifting.

Understandably, they were booked 6-8 weeks out when I first inquired, but they made it work and found a way to schedule and align with our renovation timeline. Amazing!
