(June 9, 2022, 4:00 am)One of the best flights I’ve ever been on, and it was almost 9 hours. Comfortable, friendly, 1/2 decent food, on time, and nothing out of the ordinary. I’ll be making a point to schedule with Lufthansa whenever possible, and I think you should too. They also are available through reward points, so if you’re using a reward points system to book your flight, try to make sure you’re flying with Lufthansa. It’ll literally cost you nothing extra. What more could you want :-)

They're friendly and professional to business class customers but impatient and rude to econ class customers. Check-in was quiet so I was directed to a business class counter with my econ ticket. The people working at econ counter/service were however very nice and professional.
