(March 3, 2022, 8:18 pm)The manager Nesh seems to be not a very good manager and doesn't seem to know anything, always telling people to ask others or the council. The office girl seems a bit grouchy sometimes.
(February 2, 2022, 10:34 pm)Have great experience with Keith Ho from the Richmond Branch. The services were excellent. I had an urgent need for renting a two bedroom condo for some personal reason. In the process from viewing the condo, approving by the landlord to preparing for all sorts of documents, Keith was very efficient and able to explain clearly for everything before moving on to the next. He is professional, honest, hardworking and helpful. I will recommend him to anyone who wants quality services.
