Well organized store with lots of options and a great sale. Check in with the store and any other stores prior to going to outlets to know what their current sale is. It’s constantly changing.
Great customer service, attentive but not pushy.

Came by today around 6:15 and I was surprised by how staff responded to my request.
I asked the male employee, who is very poorly trained, where I could find the jacket on the mannequin. He said nothing to me and ran to (I believe is) his manager. I expected he would at least tell me to wait or something but no. I saw him explained to manager and then I waited for either him or manager return to me for an answer, but no, they stopped talking and went back to work like nothing happened. I waited for a while and had to ask the manager again, myself.
This is my very first time been to a retail store that sales associate and manager (I would consider this as) ignored customer’s request. There may be another side of the story but I think i have pretty basic and reasonable expectation as a customer on a sales associate.

Took us 30 minutes to line up and get in. There wasn't much worth buying for me inside but the staff were really nice. Hopefully they stock more and handle the queue better soon. It was worth for me I guess since I got a top.
