(July 29, 2020, 8:10 am)Most of the Richmond bus fleet is quite old, doesn't have A/C and often have issues with the route signs, causing potential travel difficulties for those unfamiliar with the area. However, service is reliable and punctual unless there is something impeding the flow of traffic. Cannot speak for the drivers as they often transfer in and out of depots (or at least one had told me) but most drivers I've received from Richmond TC have been great.
