Great product and resposible customer service team!

We purchased the 800w 36v Inferno red e quad for our son for Christmas 2019. The Rosso website was very user-friendly and made ordering and purchasing no problem at all! Assembly also was pretty point and shoot and they gave plenty of information including videos online how to make the process simple. Rosso Motors employees packaged our little quad very well in the box as it also had a steel frame to protect the quad. With that being said not sure if there was carelessness due to it being the holidays and a busy schedule or not, but the shipper had been a little rough with the package and some parts were minorly damaged through shipping. The quad itself is manufactured in Canada and is of excellent quality and workmanship! My son absolutely loves his quad and so do we! It has an alarm, 3 speed settings(keyed), two sets of keys and key fobs, fwd/neutral/& rev. with indicator lights, front and rear shocks, LED lights, front and rear disc brakes, padded seat, front and back racks, nice charger with indicator lights, owners manual, and also comes with all the tools to put it together and an extra fuse. I do however recommend getting a smaller sized metric wrench or socket set to complete the assembly. We can't thank all the staff at Rosso Motors enough for this amazing little Memory Maker! When i received my granddaughters quad there was a couple issues. Im assuming from shipping.(heavy box). I called and got a real person to talk to and they resolved the issues immediately. Im a little older now and it was the first time in years that i had real customer service. I would recommend dealing with this company to anyone.

Husband bought an ATV here. First time we took it home, it didn't work. But the staff was able to fix it immediately and upgraded our parts. Was going to give them 1 star but the company immediately reacted and gave us new parts and fixed it. Definitely able to turn around a bad experience! No problem ever since and loved riding it on the trails! Highly recommend

Love it my grandson uses it at camp. Battery life is amazing. Shipped and received in 4 days. Would not hesitate to order again
