(August 3, 2021, 12:57 am)The first 3 appointments did not go well - they were either late (by 40 minutes) or just didn't show up. However, after I sent them an email about the no-show, their customer service quickly called me and apologized. The next few appointments were taken care of by Brendow and he is great! Young hardworking man. His team and he did a great job with the pressure washing for my yard and the cleaning for my glass awning. He was always checking in to make sure we were satisfied with the job.
To summarize, we had a rocky start with Clean Break but in the end, they did a great job. The latter part of my experience was great, would have given 5 stars but had to deduct one star for the first few appointments.
