SHED Vancouver Self Storage

Absolutely wonderful company. Every part of their service was exceptional. Timely, professional, friendly and diligent. I cant speak highly enough about this company. Today I had some of my items brought to me that I needed for winter. What a fabulous service to offer. I tell everyone about what a cool company this is and would highly recommend them! Thank you Sheds!!!

GOOD: The crew was polite and attentive. Each one explained the procedures very well. When the building'd elevators broke down, the crew was very patient. They waited around for the elevators to come back into service. The elevators stayed non-functional. The crew came back two days later and finished the job efficiently.
POINTS FOR IMPROVEMENT: 1. Parking problem: Our suite being in a high-rise apartment required a special parking permit. The SHED administration did not arrange this despite saying that they would reserve the parking with the City of Vancouver. 2. The crew, when they arrived, seemed very tired and slow to get to work. I have had a number of movers in the past who were energetic, and got going. 3. The crew seemed to be a bit short of packing materials.
CONCLUSION: Overall, I think that the services are good value for the money. I would use SHED again, and recommend this moving and storage company to friends.

Shed was able to pick up with very short notice (next day!) They were fast and friendly and handled everything with care. When they were finished they took the time to explain how to access our belongings online and about the 2-hour delivery.

This company is awesome. They handled absolutely everything for such a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them
