(September 29, 2019, 5:36 pm)I’m not really too sure, as to the nature of all the bad reviews about Capreit Properties. I am currently living in the Carlton Park Gardens property, with the exception of the building, or buildings rather, built in the early 70s to mid 80s, In my opinion they are fairly well maintained given the age of the property. I’ve never had any issues with the front office, in regards to maintenance items or other, they’ve assisted me in a timely fashion always, and have been fantastic with communications and responses.
Compared to other properties around the city of Richmond, Capreit does really well, and maintaining a level of affordability for renters in my opinion.
