True Yoga

True Yoga is amazing! It is a beautiful, calm and quiet space with excellent instructors. There are plenty of accessories like straps and blocks available. I highly recommend True Yoga!

I'm so grateful this new studio has opened in Steveston. It checks all the boxes! The space itself is clean and minimalist. It has a warm, welcoming energy. And the teachers and other students are so lovely. It has a very community-based, inclusive vibe. I especially love Nica's Hatha and Yin classes. I leave them feeling like I'm on a cloud. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend True Yoga to anyone!

Lovely space with a clean, minimalist, and welcoming atmosphere. Tried the yin class and it was a great way to unwind and destress after a long day. Christa was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to trying the other classes and highly recommend True Yoga!
