Superb Realty team. Bought and sold a home with Dana and Amar, and could not recommend them more. They're a professional and trustworthy team who truly want the best for their clients - a rare trait. They went above and beyond for both of my transactions because thanks to my luck, I was out of town on both occasions. Not only did they help with the transactions and showings, they arranged contractors to fix inspection issues, and even coordinated transfer of my furniture to storage.

My wife and I were newly married in 2019. An older couple, we already had homes (mine in Point Grey and hers in the West End). We decided to sell both and move to an "ours" place. Amar was key to a successful move. Not the normal real estate agent, he took over getting both our places ready for sale. This included arranging painting, carting away "debris" collected over the years, doing limited "staging", and otherwise getting the places ready for sale. The market had turned down at that time, but we were pretty insistent on the timing based on our own needs. Despite these handicaps, Amar managed to sell both in record time and at a reasonable price.

Amar and Dana then engaged in the extended process (due to our "requirements") of helping us find a new home. We must have tried their patience as we looked at many, many houses over several months. Eventually, we found a place on the north shore we fell in love with (although it didn't meet our initially perceived "requirements" or price). Amar managed to negotiate an affordable price. We've been very happy there.

In choosing a real estate agent, it's important to look at the total services provided and not just consider them as sales brokers. Amar's extra services to us: painting, cleaning out debris, "staging", arranging for an excellent house inspector for our new home, handling the legal stuff, etc. put him heads and shoulders over any other real estate agent we've encountered. We heartily recommend him to anyone buying or selling anywhere in the lower mainland.

Amar and Dana helped me purchase a new home, and sell my current one within 2 weeks! They're professional, extremely efficient, but most importantly listened to what my needs and wants were. The real estate market is a stressful experience, however they were able to put my mind and feelings at ease through the entire process.
