Had to have carpeting replaced in my unit due to a water leak and I was very happy that the strata brought in Tec floors. Right away Mailk Yeung. who was the sales representative helping me , made me feel at ease. He is a very professional , polite person and was able to answer all my questions. They had to work with another company doing repairs and they scheduled in seamlessly. They did a great job of putting in the new underlayment and carpeting. Overall i am very happy with their service and the final result of their work. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Working with Tec Floors has been an absolute pleasure. We needed new flooring in two high-traffic spaces in our house - the entry hall and the kitchen. Both spaces were not large, but with many nooks, crannies, and other challenges. The team at Tec helped us very patiently find material that worked for our space as much as for our taste. The installers were also great to work with - punctual, meticulous in their work, and respectful of our house. The end result is stunning, and as a side benefit, the team found and addressed a sub-floor moisture issue that we knew nothing about.
