    5 star service and so accommodating! Telrad was recommended to us by a fellow colleague. From the start the team has been nothing but amazing. We had to reschedule meetings and installation a few times - at the last minutes - and without a hesitation we were accommodated. Stephen is amazing! He took down our old system, installed the new set up and made sure everything is up and running perfectly. Susan stopped by to make sure all is well and Katrina has been amazing when it comes to discussing invoices and etc... everyone at the office is fabulous! now only if they brought donuts...... :P

    Super friendly people, always willing to help. They'll answer any question of yours, big or small, as thoroughly and as detailed as possible, and they'll troubleshoot any issue with you to the end. Overall, I had a great experience with them. Wonderful customer service, keep it up.

    I have been an employee for Telrad for 10 years. In fact I just actually celebrated my 10th year with them and I could not work for a more amazing company. Through this time I have worked my way up from being a Junior Customer Service Rep to now being the COO. Through the years Telrad has continued to be cutting edge in Technology and provides 5* Customer Service. I am very excited to see what amazing Technological advances and services we continue to develop and provide to our First Class customers.
