Great service! Betty was excellent to deal with and will definitely buy more products from this location.

I can say one of the best service that I received.
Of course the product is amazing, is Tumi.
Now I want to thank the staff specially Betty, I think she is the store manager.
I returned an item and we ( me and her) had a dispute , but she handled very well.
Both of us were right and it was hard to decide but she acted very patient and respectful.
We definitely recommend this store and definitely will come back .
