UC Auto team was very nice and patient with all my questions (since this was the first time). They politely checked my car, and was honest to me about the prices and everything. The process was simple and all paper work was finished within 1 hour, and they have insurance agent on site. The price was decent. Easiest car purchasing experience I’ve had the pleasure of going through. Rita, the manager of sales, is fantastic — helpful and straight up, exactly how a salesperson should be. The same can be said for the finance manager. They’re amicable and efficient. The whole process was so smooth and it took less than two hours (from seeing the car to signing the papers), even on a long weekend. I have dealt with so many dealerships and this has by far been my best experience. If you’re looking for a used car, definitely check out their inventory.
