For my journey to Israel in June, I took United for the first time. Nothing particularly noteworthy to mention about the service. My outgoing and incoming flights were both without any substantial delays (something which is not taken for granted this day and age). The airline crew was amiable enough, and there was a good selection of in-flight entertainment. However, the food was somewhat disappointing (especially for such a long flight). Overall, if I ever had to, I'd fly United again.
Almost no service was provided throughout the whole 12-hour flight. I made three trips back to the back to grab water or a diet coke. The staff was pleasant yet uninterested.
It was a good flight and I got there an hour and half early due to a good tail wind. They had a good selection of movies and the food was good.
We were so lucky that we choose United airlines for our flight. Our flight was on time as scheduled the food was very tasty and the drinks provided. Flight attendants were very friendly and polite.
I flew united for the first time for my trip to Israel this past June. Service was ok, nothing particularly special to report. No significant delays on either my outbound or inbound flight (something which is not taken for granted this day and age). Airline staff were friendly enough, and the inflight entertainment was well stocked. Food was a bit of a disappointment, though (especially for such a long flight). All in all, I’d fly united again if I ever needed to.
