I was skeptical with Hypnotherapy, mainly is because there are many negative connotations of the term hypnosis in the country that I am living in plus the fact that I was going to try this for the first time online. Long story short, I was shocked of the changed I experienced just after one session. I was always anxious and worry about everything, it is exhausting…but I didn’t know what to do or how to deal with it. My stress level has gone down significantly, in some cases I was able to say “I think I did good, I hv done the best that I can”. Velisia was very compassionate and listen to my issues without judgment, she made me feel safe.
