Bodesi Glass Tile

Beautiful, durable, and well-crafted tile. More importantly, we needed a rush on our order to accommodate the various contractors working on our project. Bodesi's Customer Service was excellent. As a General Contractor of 30+ years I have dozens of suppliers to whom I can send my customers for tile. These suppliers have literally thousands of options available. When a recent customer selected Bodesi Tile out of Canada (I’m in Portland Oregon, USA) I was skeptical and tried to talk her out of it. She insisted. I’m glad she did.

The ordering process was easy, and quite friendly. I was concerned about shipping breakage but was told it wouldn’t be a problem. I placed my order and was given a delivery date. The tile arrived two days early, and was packaged so well not a single tile was damaged. When I looked closer it was clear my customer made a great call. The quality is top notch, dare I say perfect. Each tile (we chose the 3”x12”) was the same as the others in both size and color, with a consistently rarely found in handmade glass tiles. And they were BEAUTIFUL!

Unfortunately we did have a small issue with installation, caused 100% by the installer not following directions, so we had a couple SF of tile that had to be discarded. When I called Bodesi for replacements they expressed genuine concern, walked me through the proper installation process so it didn’t happen again, and then retrieved 2 ft.² of tile from the exact same lot from which my original order was pulled to ensure a perfect match.

I can’t quantify how happy I am with the final product. If you have any concerns about ordering handmade glass tile from Bodesi, dismiss them. Order their beautiful product and you won’t be disappointed.
