I went through the process of importing my car into Canada this week. I was extremely worried about the process, being sure that there would be problems. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least but more accurately, I was thrilled by the smooth handling of the entire process. The picture on my email about where to go on the US side was extremely helpful. The interaction on the US side was limited to my name being called and the wonderful words: "you are all set". I proceeded to the Canadian side where I thought they were expecting me. I filled out the paper work and spent approximately10 minutes before I got my receipt and went on my way. This entire process was absolutely worth every penny. I highly recommend Border Buddy. I had NO IDEA what I was doing and they were a HUGE help.

She facilitated shipping 30 tractor trailers consisting of nearly 750,000Lbs of tower crane parts from two locations in the USA, (Fontana, CA & Tacoma, WA) to British Columbia, Canada.

Her clear and detailed instructions in the beginning and support throughout the process was exceptional! This was our first time shipping these types of volumes together and I truly feel it could not have been any smoother. She was extremely well informed regarding the timings and processes needed to complete the job! All her instructions had excellent detail and were very easy to understand! I had a very unusual load to bring back from the USA, 2 used, large industrial bakery ovens. Even on the brink of the long weekend in the middle of my drive back from SanDiego the crew at Border Buddy were able to expedite my paperwork and I was able to make across the border over the long weekend.

This crossing was simple and after going into the border office with the provided paperwork the agent was able to process everything without any additional questions and I was on my way.
