From the first person I talked to in the office to the team working around the site everyone was very friendly i appreciated the friendliness and courtesy from everyone. Everyone smiled daily great to see the care and attention.

Purchased a unit from Essence and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Buying our first home was intimidating enough and this developer made the process so easy. From clearly laying out our feature options + upgrades right to dealing with their homeowner care team, everyone was amazing to deal with and cared about our experience.

Amanda from home care was wonderful to work with. She facilitated our first walk-through with ease. having to do this for the first time, we didn't know what to expect but her attention to detail was immaculate. She gave us a chance to point out some areas that needed to be fixed and really took the time to listen to any concerns we had so that our first home was ready by the time we got our keys. :) we're so happy we chose Essence for our first home
