Hello everyone I have an eco-king boiler in my house that I bought in 2015, I have had some issues with my boiler, due to myself not getting it service yearly like recommended. So I needed to replace some parts and called King Heating, spoke to Chad who help me troubleshoot and repair the items that were given me trouble. I very pleased with how King Heating was able to guide me with procedures on how to replace the parts and how quickly I was able to pick parts from them. I would definitely recommend buying your next boiler from King Heating, these guys are local and go the extra mile to help. Having a local company and great customer service care, makes me want to support local business. I will be a loyal customer to these guys
Awesome service from them. We called them because the SERVICE light was on with our boiler. We initially talked to Bill. He was very helpful over the phone and taught us a couple of tricks about maintaining the product.
Then DAVID visited our place. He was the highlight of our great experience with Eco-King.
Throughout the entire process, David was very polite and patient with us. He is an AMAZING guy. He answered all the questions we had with the boiler. He explained how the complex machine works with simple terms so we could understand it.
By the time he left, we had a fully functioning boiler. Both my wife and I are very pleased and satisfied with the service from them (and most importantly DAVID).
Our Eco King boiler came with our new house 6 years ago. We had some issues the first year but Chad from KHP was very quick to respond to emails and texts and fixed the issue. Ever since we've had no issues and have had Chad come in twice, on a bi-annual basis, for routine maintenance. The service from Chad is great and we are very happy with the unit. I feel like if any issues do come up in the future that Chad and KHP will resolve them on a timely basis.
