A few years ago a piece on our vacuum broke. I thought I was looking at buying a whole new accessory kit but Ryan at KSR was able to give us a replacement part. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago when the connection points on our hose stopped working. I contacted Ryan again to ask about which hose kit we should purchase and instead he suggested we drop the hose off at the shop for him to look at. He was able to diagnose the problem, replace the parts and save me hundreds of dollars, extending the life of our 14 year old unit and saving the hose from the landfill. I am SO happy with their friendly service, their honesty, and how they go out of their way to help you.

I vacuum everyday and I love having a hose on every floor. It makes my life so much easier. The Wessel powerhead turns so smoothly and it is my favourite. Ryan and the KSR Team were so helpful and installation was a breeze. Thanks again!
