They use positive reinforcement and it gives us peace of mind that Freyja is having her best dog days whenever she’s there! A little on the pricey side but worth it. Also bonus that they upload pics to their Facebook page daily!

Surrey Canine Retreat and their team of incredible staff are hands down the best doggy daycare around! I’ve been taking my 3yr old Aussie Shepherd x Border Collie cross Kevin here since he was a puppy and he just loves it. The staff are so good with him, the place is so well run, clean, the staff all understand dog behaviour and cater to every dogs needs - so much value for what you are spending. I have since moved to the South Okanagan and continue to make the trip down for this doggy daycare when it’s needed because that’s how good this place is! Highly highly recommend!

I love the easy of booking my dog in, also drop off and pick up is quick and easy. Staff are friendly and I love the photos they post of the dogs everyday. My dog appears to enjoy himself there!

The first impression was that safety is the top priority both for Milo and for us as clients dropping him off, the daily pictures of Milo having a great time with all his new friends really reassured me that he was having a good time, there was even a surprise from Santa and they gave us the best picture I have of Milo I would’ve never taken him to see Santa but he did great and gave us a lifelong souvenir, pick up was a breeze, Milo had a bath that day and smells so good, the same safety measures in place for us and for him I highly recommend it!!!!
