Trovac - Tip Top Parts

We are giving the 5 star rating based on our interaction with Jade of Trovac BC (ext#519) and our built-in vacuum Cyclovac GS215 installed by Troy at Al's Vacuum Superstore (in 2017). This communication was made on 23 Mar 2022. Reason: a sloppy unauthorized piping alteration made by BMS Plumbing&Mechanical hired by our Strata Council to do cold-water repiping work (Mar 7 to Mar 28, 2022).
Our Cyclovac built-in had been working excellently for more than 5 years, it had 10 years part and labor warranty. We left a phone message to Jade asking how this sloppy alteration would affect the function and warranty condition of our vacuum system.
Jade had provided a clear answer to our warranty concern, took the time explaining how to make sure our Cyclovac is functioning properly and emotionally supported me when I told him how one of the Council member had labelled me as an antagonist and disrespectful for making an issue of the sloppy alteration BMS did. Jade told us he believed (his principle) is to always left the job site as original condition or better. This interaction with Jade made us grateful that we own a Cyclovac vacuum unit.

Very friendly staff. although they do not sell to the general public, they did refer me to one of their dealers near me.

Always great service. We have been customers on a weekly basis for over 2 decades. Never an issue.

I've found the folks there friendly and they give great service. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
