(October 27, 2021, 5:19 pm)Westlab's customer service is excellent. I recently purchased 12 electronic balances from Westlab for our undergraduate teaching labs. When they arrived, a couple were not calibrating. I contacted Westlab and they were quick to respond and to troubleshoot. They replaced the balances right away. I'm very happy with our new balances and would definitely purchase from them again.
