Canzone Yoga

I have taken various yoga classes over the past few years but have never felt they were a good fit until I was brought to Karina’s Canzone Yoga School.

What impressed me is Karina’s knowledge and passion with yoga, her holistic approach and insights, her patience and care about her students. Karina’s help had a tremendous impact not only on my physical well-being but also mindfulness. I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I feel grateful to have her as my yoga teacher and as such highly recommend Karina and her yoga classes. No matter what level you are currently at, you will definitely find a suitable class from her broad selection of classes.

Karina is very professional and responsible with her students. The teacher training course was very clear and easy to understand. I learned a lot about the philosophy behind yoga which benefitted me greatly. Her classes are truly designed to give students practical knowledge. Canzone is one of the best yoga studios I have practiced at , the space has such great energy ! It’s very cozy and beautiful ,location is perfect it has tons of free parking . The owner Karina has an incredible passion to give back to her community. The classes are diverse and there is something for everyone !

I love it at Canzone Yoga. Instruction is great, atmosphere is great. I am actually improving my flexibility and calming my mind.
