Good spice level, better than more well-known fried chicken franchises. The chicken was a bit undercooked. Good service. Clean store.

I wanted to try this fried chicken chain after hearing about the owner's inspiring story.

I ordered the 10-piece bucket with fries and salad. Was a bit let down that when I got home it was all legs and thighs since it didn't mention that on the menu board. Nothing wrong with dark meat, but when you are ordering a big combo, there's an expectation you will get a little white meat unless otherwise specified. Nevertheless, the chicken was crispy n the outside and juice on the inside. I'll be back one day to try a sandwich or a mixed combo.
