Ryan is very knowledgable about dog psychology and training. He is very thorough in his explanations and takes the time to give great training techniques that work effectively. I would highly recommend Canine United & Ryan for any dog training.

We had such an amazing and enlightening experience with Ryan! He walks you through everything and explains every detail in ways that are helpful. He practices commands and scenarios and guides you as much as your dog! Definitely have recommended to many already at dog parks and friends!

After attending puppy classes, watching videos after videos about puppies and training them, we felt lost and unsure of what we were doing with our puppy!

We are are so glad we called Ryan! He is helping us so much with our 7 month old pup. His understanding of animal behaviour is incredible. He is professional, friendly, and positive. He has a lot of patience with us, as we ask a lot of questions.

We had a training session with Ryan today and it was fantastic. He spent an hour an a half discussing and explaining what types of training we can do to correct our dogs behaviour. We asked Ryan many questions and he also provided many resources. We went on a walk and practiced loose leash walking, we practiced basic recall training and also how to gently "herd" our dog away when he is being over protective. It was very useful seeing the proper techniques for these types of training.

While Ryan was showing us techniques to train our dog, he was very resourceful and helped us understand our dogs behaviour. The way he explained things was very effective and easy to understand. We liked the fact that he wasn't trying to sell us on useless products and that he wasn't telling us how we need to book many sessions with him to get results. He was straight forward and honest.

Ryan was very professional and a pleasure to have at our home. We will absolutely use his services again in the future with any of our dog training needs.
