With the shortage any computer supply parts all across Canada, I was so very surprised, thankful and so very lucky that I found a key for my keyboard on my laptop! I will definitely go back for repairs if needed.

Most computer stores now are stripping computer parts from old broken laptops and computers because just getting anything from overseas is insane, or probably going to take FOREVER due to a shortage, or even worse, won't get it. Some stores have nothing so they have to buy from overseas. Super lucky they had the keyboard key for me to put it back onto my computer vs. getting some aftermarket keyboard. It's a small shop, very packed with things but this is the business and he can also purchase anything you like, just remember, some things may take time with all this overseas and shortages happening, Grant had great customer service!
