As a first time home buyer and very unsure of what to expect this team of agents and my realtor (Curtis) made me extremely comfortable buying a home and not pressured at all. They definitely looked for a home for myself and not a sale for them. Great guy all around. He also has a team of reliable people such as a broker and notary or lawyer, even a hone inspector that him and his family use. Once a found a place I felt very comfortable with the purchase choice. Also the biggest thing off all he’s a great negotiator, we bargained my condo 13k under asking price, in the age, condition and Growing real estate market we are in now it was an extremely good deal.
