They were incredibly thorough and took their time. They were able to provide information on areas of the home I wouldn't think to ask about. They were also incredibly friendly and very willing to answer questions. They populated the report on the spot and went through it with my husband and I prior to emailing it over. This allowed us space to discuss certain aspects in more detail. I would definitely recommend them and use them for home inspections in the future.

We hired Northwood at very short notice and they were great! Very accommodating. We weren't able to join the inspection, but our realtor went with them to do the walk through. At the end of the visit they gave me a call just to check in and later sent a very detailed report.
