O'Reilly Drain Service

It was just before Christmas when we had an urgent situation involving our kitchen sink, the master bath sinks and the master tub as they are all connected to the main drain. I made the call to Vincent and to my surprise he arrived that evening. I noticed he was not in his company vehicle. When I inquired, he stated that he was out with his family going to visit their family east of us. He decided to make the service call on his way there. It didn't take him long to figure out how he could clear the pipes, and in a short period of time it was all flowing perfectly again. Vincent provides dedicated customer service that is very difficult to find nowadays. Congratulations Vincent, you hit this customer service 'out of the ball park' as they say!

I cannot recommend O'Reilly drain service any more. They are knowledgeable, efficient, organized and an overall pleasure to work with. In a stressful situation they provided so much guidance and reassurance. Our neighbours are all so impressed and if ever have any issues will call Vince immediately. I thank them so much and truly appreciate all of their hard work.
