Craftsman Collision

I have used this Craftsman location twice this past summer: once to have accident damage repaired on my mother in-law's car. Then to have some minor hit & run damage repaired on my wife's car. Both vehicles are Honda CR-V's, and both were repaired to a flawless presentation. Daniel and his team are a pleasure to deal with. All visits were made convenient.
For our last visit, a loose button went missing from my wife's CR-V entertainment system. The button was already loose BEFORE we brought it to Craftsman...and may have fallen off before we brought it to Craftsman. Regardless, the detailing staff went through their vacuum bags and searched for the missing part. To no avail. But...to our surprise, Daniel went ahead and ordered and installed a new one! This saved us a lot of grief in our busy lives. It goes without saying that this sort of service goes well above & beyond. This caliber of service is increasingly rare today.

I was in an accident with my Volkswagen Golf. Craftsman did an amazing job and I am very happy with the service that I was provided. The office staff were very professional. They explained everything perfectly and my car looks awesome. Thank you Craftsman! Would definitely recommend!

Superb service. Professional, friendly and helpful staff. They were quick and handled everything smoothly. I didn't have to worry about not having a car, I got a nice clean loaner. They also did a great job servicing the interior of my car, I was surprised to receive my car so clean. Highly recommend them.
