This daycare facility seems awesome, even though I wasn't here for anything to do with children. Staff:child ratio seemed high, was very clean and modern, lots of cool toys, outdoor play areas, both young and old seemed busy and happy, and there's easy access for drop off / pick up.
I'd look into this if I had kidlets.
