Pelican Rouge Fish & Chips

Light batter that was not at all greasy. Our go-to place to grab fish and chips to take to the beach. Kind and dedicated owner and staff seem to work hard to make clients happy. Sometimes a bit of a wait during peak hours but you can see them hustle to do each order well.

Had a wonderful dinner here with my family. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was fast, friendly, and had the personal touch of a small local business. The owner/cook chatted with us at our table and made us feel welcome. He was genuinely interested in our experience and encouraged any feedback, good or bad. If you're looking for a nice place to go for takeout, dine-in, or sunny patio, this is it!

This place had some of the best halibut and chips I’ve had, I asked for extra crispy and they came out perfect. The chef came out to ensure our food was how we wanted it, he even threw in an extra piece of halibut as one of the pieces in our combo was a little smaller. Great food, and amazing service! Will definitely be back, the service alone made the experience as it seems good customer service is very hard to find these days.
