I truly had a 10/10 experience with Alfredo from lions gate garage doors. First, he arrived within an hour of my call, which was amazing given that our garage door was stuck open. Most importantly, it was immediately clear to me that he is very honest and trustworthy. He’s a really good person who cares about his work and that he does a good job. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand and showed me exactly what was broken. He also did some maintenance on unrelated parts just to make sure he was leaving the whole thing in top condition. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!!!

I emailed LionsGateGarageDoors to inquire about a garage door opener replacement and was promptly replied to with all the options to consider as well as price. Kate was quick to arrange a convenient time for install and Alfredo arrived right on time. He was quick to install and walked me through how to set up the remote features. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

5 stars for Lions Gate Garage Doors and 5 stars for Alfredo. Since my garage door was custom, it was harder to get the parts. They were able to rush it within 3 days. Alfredo was great, he explain every little step he did and explain preventative maintenance I can do to prolong the life of my garage door. Thank you for the great service!

Called for a quote and got a very detailed response from Kate including all possible costs and fees so I knew what I was getting into. Install happened the next morning and was very impressive. Alfredo took the time to explain what maintenance was needed (he did it for FREE), installed the new unit, took away the old one, and helped us set up the remote control. Highly recommend this company for trustworthy, expert, well-priced service!

Had a spring break that resulted in the arm also detaching. Called LG Garage just after 8am and from the onset had 10/10 service from Kate. While this wasn’t an emergency, there was a natural sense of urgency to find resolve. Within minutes she called back with an appointment for an hour later.

Met Alfredo who was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He walked through a range of educational pieces about the doors/springs etc and provided extended service to the unit to ensure its operating capacity was optimized.

Pricing was extremely fair, and Alfredo was extremely efficient. You are doing yourself a disservice if you do not give this company a chance. Thanks again!
