Pav was a big help in my mortgage process. I was originally thinking of selling my current home to buy a new one but Pav was able to give me a lot of knowledge on what my options were and was able to set up a plan where I could refinance my current home to take equity out and use that to buy my new home allowing me to keep both properties and use my old home as a rental property.
